Preview: Fright Festival at Brighton Racecourse

As the autumn university term reaches its mid-point, and the evenings begin to get darker, quite possibly the biggest night of the clubbing year is fast approaching – Halloween.

On Saturday 29th of October, Fright Festival is returning to Brighton racecourse with huge DJ duo Chase & Status headlining the main stage. Joining them will be Lethal Bizzle, P Money, Charlie Sloth and a bunch of other world renowned acts.

The festival has expanded since it’s launch last year, adding more stages and attractions. If you’re a fan of anything over 170 beats per minute, the ‘Rave Cave’ hosted by UK drum & bass label Hospital records will see the likes of Camo & Krooked, Fred V & Grafix and Metrik all take to the stage. Shogun Audio record label owner and Radio 1 show host Friction will also be making a special guest appearance.

For the House & Techno heads, a new ‘Haunted House’ stage has been added to the festival map, hosted by long standing Brighton promoters DPM. Topping the bill is producer / DJ Route 94, most well known for his track ‘My Love’ which reached number 1 the UK charts back in 2014.
