Preview: Huxley at Patterns

On Friday 10th March, House & Techno GOD and all round legend, Huxley, is coming to Brighton to play a 4 hour set in the basement of the intimate seafront club, Patterns.

Hosted by promoter Grass Roots as a follow up to a bunch of popular mid week Garage and Baseline nights at the back end of 2016, this is their first show of the new year and it’s set to be something really special.

Huxley in the mix

If you haven’t heard of Huxley (where have you been?!), the producer & DJ from the UK has been rocking the House scene for a while now, and has established himself as a leading name in the dance music industry for his energetic, varied sets which get crowds moving in sweaty basements as well as on huge festival stages.

Michael Dodman has had releases over the years on 2020 Vision, VIVa, Moda Black and Knee Deep in Sound and has a strong relationship with the guys over at AUS music. He’s known for his analogue deep & tech house sound but has released a huge variety of music during his time in the limelight. Check out this Rinse FM show from last year to get a feel of what he can bring to the table.

He’s not in Brighton very often, so if you want to catch him I would get down to Patterns on Friday for what’s going to be a great little party! Advance tickets available here.
