Preview: WILD LIFE Festival

People of Brighton, WILD LIFE Festival is returning this June and the lineup is looking world class.

The Festival, started in 2015 by Disclosure and Rudimental, will be taking place at Brighton City Airport in Shoreham (just along the A27 from Brighton) on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th of June. It was crowned Best New Festival at the UK Festival Awards in 2015 and since then has been moving from strength to strength.

Headliners this year include the likes of Armand Van Helden (performing a special B2B set with Disclosure), Stormzy, Clean Bandit and George Ezra.

If dance music is your thing, then you’re in for a treat with Brighton’s very own legend Fatboy Slim topping the bill, and well as global super-producer Eric Prydz and Drum & Bass heavyweight Andy C all set to make appearances.

Ibiza born promoters Elrow have their own stage (if you’ve haven’t heard of them, check them out on Facebook – they know exactly how to throw a party), and there’s a wealth of underground dance music names scattered across the bill including Joris Voorn, Hannah Wants, Pete Tong, Heidi, The Martinez Brother, Jamie Jones (I could go on and on…)

It’s also nice to see some smaller up and coming artists on the lineup, including local DJ Producers Kideko, Enzo Siffredi and Tech House duo Understate from Leeds, who recently won Monki’s lights on tour BBC introducing competition.

URF will be attending the Festival and giving you all the latest info and some exclusive artist interviews in the build up to WILD LIFE weekend!
