This album is ridiculously catchy, i was pretty unsure on buying the album as i thought that 'i kissed a girl' and 'hot and cold' were fairly similar to a degree so the album maybe samey! This prejudgment was unjustified however as katy perry brings forward a variety of music from the likes of the get up and dance 'hot and cold', to slower more meaningful songs such as 'lost'. The album appears to be all about being a girl in the way it pinpoints, how much men confuse us girls, how men annoy us when there with us but how we would miss them if they werent around and just plain having a good time! This album is a good album to listen to in with the girls or prior to a big night out. If you are not a fan of her released singles i would not advise you to buy the album as there is an obvious theme to her music and im telling you now you wont like the rest her music, however if you are a fan i would avise that you check the album out, you will probably love it!
